Hand-Carved Polychrome Decorative Rocking Horse with Elephant Head Rockers
The Most Rajasthani Horse in the Room.
This is the most ornate of the three rocking horses — and it shows. The polychrome finish layers warm natural wood tones with painted red, pink and gold accents across the carved harness, with small mirror inlays set into circular carved frames on the body panels. The dot-work and bead-relief carving is as dense as the silver-grey version, but here it catches the light differently against the painted colour underneath. The rocker base ends in carved elephant heads — a Rajasthani craft tradition that elevates the base from ornament to narrative.
Use it as a floor sculpture, a room centrepiece, or a serious collector’s piece. Nothing else in the room will compete.
