Antique Grey-Silver Framed Jali Wall Panel with Floral Teardrop Lattice
Light Does the Rest.
This large framed jali panel is defined by what isn’t there. The entire interior is carved into an open lattice of interlocking four-petal flower motifs and curved teardrop cutouts — dense, perfectly repeating, covering the full panel from edge to edge. Light passes through freely, casting intricate layered shadow patterns on whatever wall it hangs against. The surrounding frame is stepped and moulded with a beaded inner edge, substantial enough to give the whole piece the presence of something architectural.
The aged grey-silver distressed finish reads differently in different light — cooler and more graphic in daylight, warmer and more atmospheric by evening. Hang it alone or as part of a gallery wall arrangement.
