Rajasthani Blue Pottery Tile-Top Console Table – Carved Walnut Frame & Turned Column Legs
Twenty Tiles. One Long Table.
The console version of the Blue Pottery tile-top series — scaled for an entryway, hallway, or behind a sofa. The tabletop runs a single long band of approximately twenty hand-painted Rajasthani Blue Pottery tiles across its full length: each tile different, moving through the full jewel-tone spectrum of the tradition — cobalt blue geometric stars, multicolour floral medallions, red and green cross motifs. Each tile is separated by a dark wood lattice framework with turned dome bosses at every intersection. The frame is solid dark walnut mango wood with a carved relief inner border. Four heavy turned column legs. Slim apron.
Works as an entryway console, a sofa table, a hallway table, or a narrow dining sideboard.
