Hand-Painted Rajasthani Metal Pot Set of 3 – Aged Celadon Floral Cartouche & Brass Rings
Patina as Decoration.
A set of three hand-painted Rajasthani metal pots in graduated sizes — each a different form. The large is tall and cone-shouldered with a wide flared rim. The medium is squat and wide-bellied. The small is a compact round ball. All three share the same aged celadon and sage green ground with a dusty rose-pink horizontal band running the shoulder equator. Large scalloped ogee cartouches in a slightly deeper sage, outlined with a fine painted border, are filled with delicate scattered tiny floral sprigs in muted tones. The overall surface carries a beautiful chalky, weathered patina — the kind that looks like it has been somewhere interesting. Two small brass ring handles sit on opposite sides of each pot’s shoulder. Dark interior.
Display all three as a grouped centrepiece, arrange along a shelf or console, or use the large as a standalone statement piece.
