A Kennel Worthy of the Room.

A hand-painted Rajasthani mango wood dog kennel designed to live in your living space, not hide from it. The form is a rectangular box with a flat top surface, short legs and a single drawer across the front — functioning equally as a side table when your dog is inside. The front opens via two iron bar doors with black knob handles. The sides carry iron bar panels for ventilation. Every surface of the wood frame is covered in dense hand-painted Rajasthani floral work on a dark navy and indigo ground: continuous scrolling white, pink and multicolour tiny floral and vine all-over pattern, with bright yellow painted borders framing every panel, door and drawer front. The flat top carries a large central painted medallion — a peacock and garden scene in full colour on the dark ground. Black iron knob hardware throughout.
