Hand-Painted Bajot Low Table – Rajasthani Chowki
The Bajot. A Floor-Level Tradition.
The Bajot — also called Chowki — is a low wooden platform table used throughout Rajasthan and Gujarat for everything from daily rituals to festive arrangements. This version is hand-painted in dense all-over floral and geometric patterns on the top surface and apron borders, with four turned baluster legs painted to match. Each colour is its own composition: the motifs, borders and colour combinations are specific to each finish.
Use it as a side table, a plant stand, a display plinth, or in a cluster of different sizes and colours as a floor-level arrangement. Available in four colours: Red, Teal, Green and Gold.
