Hand-Carved Whitewash Sunburst Cabinet

A Sunburst at the Centre of Every Room

The door stops you first. A full sunburst fan — radiating arched petals carved through the wood so light passes freely — sits at the centre of a cabinet that is itself covered, every inch of it, in deeply carved scrolling floral motifs. The border, the sides, the frame: all carved, all whitewashed, all extraordinary.

The natural mango wood top sits above it all in warm honey contrast, grounding a piece that could otherwise feel otherworldly. Inside, generous storage. Outside, one of the most visually arresting pieces of furniture in any room it enters.
